Mandala with dots

Create this easy mandala with paint and a pen!

Materials required:

-Paint (I used poster paint, which is fairly thin but a little thick, acrylic could work if you add water, no watercolors though!)

-A dotting tool (back of a paintbrush, pen, pencil, earbud or toothpick, something round in different sizes)

-Paper (or any other surface, such as wood or canvas)

-Compass (or an object to create a circle with)

-Protractor

-Ruler

-Pencil

-Fineliner pen

1. Paint a background color, I used bright green poster paint

2. Draw the guidelines

-Draw a circle according to the size of the mandala

-Split the circle using a protractor (I split my circle in 10 degree angles)

3. Draw patterns according to the guidelines and fill in empty spaces in the patterns with dots (you can use toothpicks for small dots).
