How to draw a bird in a tree

Draw a bird in a tree using oil pastels!

Supplies needed:

-Oil pastels

-Paper

-Tissue for blending (optional)

-Black paint (optional)

1. Make a background, you can blend it if you wish, however I have not.

2. Draw the details, using a black oil pastel or paint for a cleaner look. You can draw the details in pencil first.

If you are doing the optional step mentioned below, do it before painting the details.

Optional step: splatter paint on the background
