Scratch art is a very calming and therapeutic activity that only takes a couple of materials!


Materials needed:

-Scratch art paper (you can make this yourself using this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqL_9dajtd0)

-Creativity


 
  1. Find anything to you want to draw, real life, landscapes, animals or a mandala

You can take inspiration from this Pinterest board: https://in.pinterest.com/mgfrei/scratch-art-ideas/


2. Draw your drawing by pencil, however make sure to not put too much pressure.


3. Using a pointy object such as a toothpick or needle, scratch your design. Have fun!
